This is me! I could write something stuffy and boring about me but I'll cut to the chase. I'm a geek. My favourite activities include writing, drawing, LARPing (Vampire: The Masquerade) and anything to do with Final Fantasy. I'm also a big addict of the anime series Vampire Knight. I also play D&D on a weekly basis. I love to read, although I don't do NEARLY enough of that due to lack of time. I'm also in th every slow process of learning Japanese. Why? Because it amuses me. I don't know. I'm pretty much just an English speaking white girl from Canada, but really, meh, why not. I'm looking at not only speaking it but being able to read and write it as well. Currently, although I am working on an online novel (The Bloodstar, hosted here), I am writing a book with the intention of publication when I get the courage to finish it and send it out. That book is called Lost Infernal and falls into the vampire genre. I've done a considerable amount of research for this story so that I could create my own mythos about vampires which still holds true to the general feel of common vampire mythologies. Drawing, like writing, is one of my major loves and I am constantly looking to improve myself. I joined DA as a way to not only share my passions but as a way to get feedback on what I'm doing. My professions have included: Runway Model (in my teens), Restaurant Manager (11 years of it), marketing in Investment Real Estate and currently I work in the Non Profit sector. Despite being a Leo, I like to consider myself a fairly down to earth person who just has a penchant for disliking reality. Other than that, well if you want to know more about me, I suppose you can just ask!
Hahah, well thank you! I grew me myself. And it wasn't actually on the main page before. It was tucked back on my third page. But I just switched it over to Deviant ID status when I was doing some cleaning up of the gallery.

Wow! Stunning photo and your so pretty. I see that you've played Vampire-the masquerade as well. I played it a long time ago. I'm also learning Japanese. Mainly so I can read manga in its original lanuage. Your online novel sounds interesting.
Thank you! I've played Vampire for 12 years now. Primarily with the same character, who has been recently scaled back SIGNIFICANLY because she was getting so powerful. She's a 9th Gen Brujah who is over 800 years old and is snogging an elder Ventrue. She's been Sheriff, Primogen, Scourge, and Prince.
I have o say some of the reason I'm learning Japanese is because I listen to a lot of J-Rocl/Pop. Gackt and Hyde are awesome singers. I also play Final Fantasy and it comes out first in Japan. I also watch anime which is subtitled....so there are many useful applications for learning it, however because I have no regular exposure to it otherwise and have so many damned hobbies, I haven't been able to sink myself into it as much as I would have liked to. However, I'm slowly getting it. Slowly. Not enough time in the day!
The Lost Infernal book is NOT the on-line one, however the on-line one IS hosted here. Its called The Bloodstar, and I post a page a week (except lately, life has been crazy) along with some sort of character picture.
