Scanner a comin'

So I haven't been drawing much since my scanner went kaput but I've decided that when I get my tax return I'm off to but a scanner.
Which means I need to draw something to put up other than my Fourth Edition D&D Teifling character.

So you'll start seeing things from me again once my tax return comes in! (and once I find my photoshop cd)

In other news, I need that CD because I'm now on a new (to me) computer. Its a friend's who decided to buy something better and gave us his old one. Either way, it apparently kicks butt on my frankenstiened peice of crap which once had been top of the line until the video card killed everything with it's heat ray.

I'm hoping this will mean that things will work faster on Photoshop.

I guess we'll see!

Aside from all of that, how have you been feeling? Any new updates concerning the baby?

Heheh. Well I haven't been doing much other than being really really tired and sleeping a lot. I've also had a sinus cold for a month...a really bad one. My voice is just starting to return to normal. So I haven't done much drawing or anything.

The baby is doing great. I'm feeling better but have other complications I'm looking into. I won't have any answers on that front for a while. The complications are with me, not the kid.

On march 20th, I'm going for another ultrasound (or it could be on the 23rd...I don't remember). This ultrasound should tell met he baby's sex.

My daughter is about to turn 5 an dI'm crazy just trying to get stuff done at work so that they have some sort of idea what I do when I'm gone on mat leave.

Aw, I hope that it's nothing serious...but at least the baby is doing just fine...

But in the long run, I hope things find an even keel for you. Just the other day Mom was commenting on what it was like to be pregnant while raising a three-year-old. Hats off, most definitely.

As far as a new scanner goes, fingers, toes, limbs, and eyes are all crossed -- and the fact that you scored that windfall of a new computer is awesome! At least that's one thing to go right!
